with Louise

you are welcome as you are

I am an integrative psychotherapist with a collaborative, relational, and embodied approach.

Working integratively means that I can flexibly draw on varied frameworks and approaches to therapy to suit your individual needs and experience. I work in a creative, holistic and trauma informed way.

I offer a safe space to turn down the noise of the external world, slow down and tune in to whatever needs to be unearthed and processed.

Expect a receptive and non-judgemental therapist who leads with empathy and compassion and will meet you where you are.

Or, we can work online, in the UK.

My particular approach often explores awareness, patterns, narrative, attachment, safety, curiosity and creativity.

I welcome people from all backgrounds and of all genders and identities. My practice is grounded in respect, trust, inclusivity, confidentiality and relational connection.

My experience is varied, including but not limited to working with trauma, relationship issues, identity, low self esteem, suicidal thought and feelings, family dynamics, abuse, pre and post natal chapters, depression, anxiety, burnout, bereavement, and challenging life transitions.
